You can find the card of your choice by looking in the card categories which show all the cards per card theme like birthday, get well soon, love etc. Besides that you can also type a keyword in the search field in the sidebar to the right. Then you will see an overview of all the products (cards)and photo’s matching your keyword. If you find the card of your choice you can click on it to go to the card’s detail page.
After you have found your card and clicked on it you are sent to the card’s detail page. To the right of the card you can fill in the amount of cards you would like to order (you can later change this amount in your shopping card). Then click on the “Add to shopping cart” button and the cards will be added to your shopping basket. On the top right hand side of the website you can see the new amount and value of cards currently in your shopping basket displayed in the white field.
To order please follow the following steps:
1. Find the card of your choice.

2. Add the card to your shopping cart
To the right of the card on the card’s detail page, you can fill in the amount of cards you would like to order (you can later change this amount in your shopping card). Then click on the “Add to shopping cart” button and the cards will be added to your shopping basket. On the top right hand side of the website you can see the new amount and value of cards currently in your shopping basket displayed in the white field.
3. Check your cart before checking out
Finished shopping? Click on the shopping cart logo in the upper right hand corner of your screen. In the cart overview you can see all the cards that are in your shopping cart and if you want either delete them or change the amounts and add a possible discount code if you have one. Also you can see how much shipping costs will be added to your order. Do you want to shop more? Click on the “Click here to continue shopping”. If you are ready to order click on “Checkout” button below.
4. Fill in your address details
To finish your order, we ask you for some information concerning the address where you want us to send your order to. All the fields marked with the *-symbol have to be filled in. You can add an alternative billing address if you wish.
5. Pay for your order
When you click on “To Payment”, you will see the last overview of your order before paying. Click on “To Payment” again and you will be directed to the Adyen website where you can choose for the electronic payment method of your choice (Credit card, iDEAL, PayPal, Visa etc.). Choose the payment method that you prefer here and follow the instructions.
6. Confirmation
After that you will receive an email with the order confirmation plus an email with the payment confirmation. In the attachment of the confirmation email you can find the digital copy of your invoice.
To view the content of your shopping cart just click on the shopping cart logo in the white field on the top right hand side of the FairMail website, just to the right of the search field. In green numbers it states the value of your shopping cart plus the amount of items in it so far.
We respect the privacy of the users of the FairMail site and take care that your personal information stays confidential. Only when upon ordering you click the box stating you want to stay informed about the development of FairMail and the teenagers we use your email address. For this use only. If you do NOT want to receive these emails just un-click the box in the form where you fill in your personal details upon ordering.

Payments in FairMail's webshop are facilitated by Adyen, a company that facilitates a very wide range of internet payments worldwide like:
- All major credit cards
- PayPal
- iDEAL (Dutch)
- Sofort (German)
- Bank Transfer
- and may more
All internet payments are processed by Adyen, a worldwide internet payment provider. This way you can be sure to have more & safe payment options. It also means your payment is delivered to Adyen who collects all payments and passes it on to FairMail. So that is why instead of FairMail is states Adyen on your bank account statement.
The FairMail site offers a wide range of paying possibilities for maximum comfort and safety. Apart from the ordinary bank transfer method we work with established and secure internet payment methods like PayPal, credit cards, iDEAL, Sofort etc.. After you have selected the cards you would like to order you click on the "To payment" button to see the final overview of your order before paying. Click on “To Payment” again and you will be directed to the Adyen website where you can choose for the electronic payment method of your choice (Credit card, iDEAL, PayPal, Visa etc.). Choose the payment method that you prefer here and follow the instructions.
Although Adyen also offers the possibility to pay with a bank transfer you can also choose to pay directly to FairMail’s bank account. In that case after placing your order what to receive the confirmation of your order in your inbox. You can then pay the indicated total amount to bank account number on the name of Fairmail GmbH (for international bank transfers you need to mention the corresponding IBAN number: DE36 7002 2200 0020 3033 44 and BIC code: FDDODEMMXXX).
Please mention the order number and your name as stated in the confirmation email. You will receive your order within 1 week after your payment has been received. If we haven´t received your payment within 4 weeks after the order confirmation we have to cancel you order.
SHIPPING (2)
- What are the shipping costs?
- How much time will it take to receive my order?
The shipping costs are costs we have to charge for the handling and shipment of your order. These costs are the same for shipments to anywhere in the world.
If you order for less than 20 euros the shipping costs are € 4,95.
For orders of 20 to 50 euros we charge € 2,45.
If you order for 50 euros or more, we deliver the products absolutely for free!
We generally ship your order within 1 to 2 working days after receiving confirmation of your payment. We send the orders by normal mail, either from the Netherlands of from Germany. How long it takes from there depends on the mail system and how far your cards have to go to reach you. With this link you can download an estimation of the shipment period in working days as given by Royal Dutch Mail.
DELIVERY (1)
- Which company delivers my order?
FairMail sends your order with normal mail service either from the Netherlands (PostNL) or from Germany (Deutsche post). If you are ordering from outside of these countries they will pass on your order to your national mail company.
RETURNING (1)
- Can I return products?
If you are not satisfied with the quality of a delivered product you can contact us by clicking here.
In your message please state your order number and explain us why you are not satisfied. We will contact you within 5 days to discuss the procedure. You can return the product within 15 days after receiving it.
